PWI wont start READ PLEASE!!!

hi there...my PWI wont start b:cry i don't know why,everything went fine but when i click start appears the mouse black screen and closes i tried running it as administrator and nothing...i tried b4 i backup my windows and it didn't to patch it now i patch it but it wont start



my PC:MS Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP2
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60GHz
1GB of RAM Dual-Channel DDR2
NVIDIA G72 512MB

so if somebody knows something please help me
i'm verifying now the files

when i double click the PWI icon from desktop it always ask's me for update and i update it to the 591 version is this the newest version?
i tried even whit the elementclient
i tried even reinstalling it

    I had to download a windows xp Chinese font package for mine to work
