Demon/Sage 89 Cult error

I did all my cultivation leading up to going to Brimstone to get the 3 silk threads, I accidentally took the Demon Tabs tho and I did not receive a quest so I could not trash it and get the Sage Tabs...I really need my Sage tabs can you replace them or reset the quest? not the entire Cult tho just the Tab quest.

    Tabs are optional quests like oracles and have no influence on your cultivation. The XP and reputation they give are pretty insignificant these days and not worth worrying about. You can use the Eden tabs the next time you do an Eden BH in your 90s... or just NPC them.

    If you chose the demon path rather than the sage path you're pretty much screwed. I did this on my Cleric. Thank god I ended up liking Demon better.
