r8 recast - keeping refine

I've searched and can't really find the answer. I know you use nirvy, but I don't know which column to look at.
So how many chienkuns is it to keep +10 when reforging r8?
119 is the answer I came up with after trawling through the forums, but I don't know if that's accurate... I'd rather know in advance, tbh, as to whether it's worth investing in chienkuns or not. Thanks...

    I didn't try to recast yet, but I've always heard that when you have high refines the amount of chienkun you need to it it is so insane, that 119 doesn't surprise me and you're better off just refining your new recast all over again. Unless they put chienkun at half price, otherwise it's not worth it.
    I'd say buy a second R8 wep to recast it, and just keep your current +10 one til you can get the recast refined too.

    I found chienkuns at a lower price than it would be to re-refine (less than half gold price!), but I don't even know how many I need =/
    I'd already decided that if I needed to refine again I'd use a second r8 wep
