Seeking G.M. on the Heavens Tear Server

Needing assistance please,
Trial 3-6 won't start, and we need your help (We want to get it done, w/o having to wait for server reset to just get to the same spot again...). Trying to get to/through 3-9 tonight.
We need your help :<.

P.S. The Leader of the faction tried to start it, but there is no quest there to start the Trial. So, we can not progress any farther without your help >:S.

I was being sarcastic... this isnt' ANY other game (yes even other FtP) where u can hit this button and chat in-game with a GM if u need to.

I hope to talk to one before maint (tonight pref'd), It's fail to get to this point: then have a game glitch **** over so many people - That just want to get to Trial 3-9 and complete it successfully. We've all worked very hard as a faction to get to this point as fast as we possibly can. So, if this is the end: then that's just sad. ijs.

Most believe cashshoppers get help faster than F2P players. Its just a negative trend, that may have some truth to it. Either way, doesn't hurt to try this...........superstition.

I understand now, Thank you. Most* people comment on things like this with a sadistic poison attached to their words. So, I thought maybe they meant it as some-sort of insult. It's tough getting to this point, to just have the door slammed in your face.

For example one of my tickets got a response from a GM within 5 hours after sending it.
I know of some people who send in a ticket and within 10 minutes they have a GM appear infront of them whereever they are at.

I'd think we'd get a response rather fast: only due to the collective amount of active people playing, and several people paying to play this game. It isn't a issue for just one person, but a multitude of people - 200. Versus a single issue. For everyone which get's upset. People can choose to not cash shop. For every person that get's upset, and quits/give's up due to poor business matters. Then there is a minimal clash of around 3 others tied to each of those people. So, 200 people turn into 600... those 600 turn into 1,800 people - If they understand the basics of business and human relations.

Look at the FC glitch problem, it was causing a lot of players to be upset, but they didn't do anything about it. People can choose to not use this method, however the GMs never enforced any sort of punishment to my knowledge, just "fear of potential ban."

Main point with the FC example is: One issue causes a lot of players to be upset, and the GMs will take their time on it, or simply ignore it until an update can be given. They really don't care, they probably barely play this game.

That point can be applied to most cases where an issue caused major player complaining/discomfort/being upset/etc.

Given with current trends, you will not get any help soon. I'm only saying that from my perspective on how the GMs/Admins run this game.

If you did get help soon, I would honestly be quite surprised.

Also just to add on, if they did see this thread, a Mod or GM response would typically be "Submit a ticket please." Anyways, best of luck to you guys on getting help.

Problem Solved, and was fixed.
We kept everyone out of Guild Base for one hour. Then the problem was fixed. (allowed time for reset to actually occur)
