So the rep items in the shop

I just got back into the game like a week ago and noticed there was some badges and general summer tokens in the cashshop. I was like "oh cool, maybe I'll buy some before the sale ends". So I came onto the official site to see when they would be removed so I would know how long I had to grind and I was very confused to find no post in the news about them. I did however find one like two pages ago like a month ago, but I don't remember sales ever being that long before. So did they just get permanently added to the cash shop without an announcement?
