Quick fb99 question

I searched anywhere but couldn't find a definite answer. I got a quest which seems like a 20/20/20 for fb abaddon but my friend says he didn't do such thing to complete his fb and that there are 7 boss but only 4 tabs. I ot the 4 tabs and want to make sure if there aren't any more of them. So, I got 4 tabs and the Spiritual Quest bosses whom are inside of Abaddon. Am I good to go?

The 20x3 past the wraithgate one are unnecessary in order to complete the FBs. for the 99 culti/fb99 you only need 4 bosses.
Apart from the 4 main bosses (3 shown on list and after all 3 done auto requests to kill Peachblossom Rutialist) there are 2 other "mini bosses" 1 being a tower near the 1st boss to open all of the gates in the instance, the 2nd is more so a "bonus" boss that has a chance to drop the ★Cape of Elite Leather mold is is commonly killed to get said mold. the boss is a tree looking boss that is wood immune so its hella annoying for venos and mystics.
A 7th boss im not totally aware of but im thinking that person may have by chance had to do yet another "bonus" boss that is phys immune for some quest and if i remember has chance to drop some other mold.

although i am talking of the demon fb99, the sage fb99 has (apart form the 4 main bosses) there are several other mini-bosses that act as gate keepers. as well as a boss at the very start to the right that is part of the divine emmisary quests and has chance to drop some HA mold boots. killing this boss does however allow yet another special boss to be summon that drops a lv96 arcane chest mold, the ☆Cape of Underworld Slayer.

Again, FB as in tabs are not nessessary to complete your cultivation. They are optional. I have sold most of my tabs to a npc.
