Ok i've finally finished blacksmithing lvl3 quest, got my book and learned lvl4 blacksmithing from elder. My question is: where can i buy intermediate skill book for blacksmithing again, from which npc and how much will it cost me? i want to recover all those mats and coins i lost by selling this book to the players. So what npc sells it and for how much coins?
