When is the Pking in SP going to be fix?

I was just wondering when this is going to be fix? It's been almost a month since it was said that it was going to be changed back.

According to the time frame set by Frankie... It should happen by Oct 13th. But it remains a grey area as it seems no one but developers in China have a clue.
