After sending a report, WCing for GMs, ALL day, over 12 hours, non stop in West Arch on Dreamwever gold selling scammers have been spamming all of west arch with their cr*p. Come on GMs.. Do you really just not care anymore?

We all know this game is dying but how about you at least ATTEMPT to deal with this, maybe listen to a whole server telling you that these people are doing this and BANNING them would be a nice start

    But yeah spammers happen from time to time I've seen it before last time it took the gms 2-3 days to silence them.

    It's nuts on Sanctuary, they've got all of Arch covered, plus the other big cities. All are spamming the same message every 10 seconds.

    You would think that PWE would have implemented an IP ban by this point.

    well the people selling still need too buy Zen in order to get the gold and items so what do pwi care? it is money for them. Maybe it is even PWI who are behind this scam to try and make more money.

    problem is a lot of those spammers are probably **** accounts and so if they ban them they ban the poor souls who where dumb enough to go and try that website in the first place. Yes an ip ban would get them off but a website doing something like this is surely able to change their ip or proxy it so they can just log right back in. If they ban accounts then oops poor you when you try and log in and discovered that you were not only **** but banned because of it.

    If they CARED this **** wouldn`t happen in the 1st place by learning from previous "mistakes" when scammers polluted wc, I still don`t understand how people can even give money to this company after all the incompetence from the company`s side.

    Those that spam in sanctuary, at least 1 I saw was a lvl 1 veno, I doubt they would use a **** account for risk to get banned, rather **** an account use it in some other ways if all the gear is bound (if it`s a high lvl one with good gear of course).

    They already are. In the meantime, keep reporting the scammers using the ticket system - I will keep you posted about the issue asap, hopefully Frankie will too.

    Possibly down due to maintenance, but the option is also unavailable during the hours it's not operating. Live support will normally direct you to the ticketing system, though.

    I'm not sure, I know that when i started playing there was some kind of in game GM chat system or something that you could use, but I never needed it so I don't know the details. something like that in game would be really nice with the current rubbish, at least then we could tell GM's exactly where and when the issues are occurring

    It's like 12:42pm in California on a Tuesday, what hours is it's operation if not from 9am-5pm M-F? Is this posted anywhere. I've always had trouble knowing when to do it, and I was gonna talk about this and couple of other support issues I have been having.

    Live Chat is only available during our business hours running from Monday through Friday from 10:30AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 to 6PM.

    Eh, I dunno about the other servers, but I know on HT, enough people are just so jaded by the lack of GM responses to issues in the past they would just blacklist spammers and move on.

    Dunno why people would even goto those gold sellers.

    Last time I saw one they said $2.3 USD for 1m coin... on HT its 1.3m for 1$... You can get almost 3x as much coin for your dollar buying Zen.

    Its nonsensical.

This time I waited until hours of operation as well, 2:15pm I went so as not to be too close to when they come back from lunch since things happen and people are late.
