Fix my ticket PLEASE!

This is a desperate plea to any GM out there to take a look at my ticket. It's been open since the 2nd and I provided the information requested on the 14th. It hasn't been touched since.

It took them nearly two weeks to come up with a failed solution, and making me wait on this for SO long just isn't reasonable. I tried PMing DarthPanda, but it hasn't helped. Just dear God, somebody take a look at it and fix the damn thing.
The first solution was at least a step in the right direction, they just totally failed at delivery. Then they ask for more information, (as if I didn't provide enough previously), and it just sits there being forgotten.

15049-281241 is the ticket number. Just PLEASE somebody take a look at it and fix the damn thing! It's not that hard, just send the reward items to my toon and I'll be happy, you can fix the broken web stuff later.

    Just an update....
    It's been a freaking MONTH already!!!!

    I'm just about ready to jump in the car and come find you guys Darth. This is not acceptable.
    It's not like it's a hard fix. I mean really, just send me the freaking reward! The right reward, to the right toon. all the info is in the ticket. IT hasn't been touched. Even after I PM'ed you nothing has happened.

    PWE replies to every player the best we can, in as a timely manner as possible. No one knows how much anyone spends or not in Cust or Tech Support.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Is that what happened to mine too? Mine has been open since the 8th of September and last time it was even acknowledged (with 4 fail meeting attempts) was on the 19th of September.

    I feel the pain of the posted in terms of frustration! (And no this is not the character the ticket refers too but it is on this account, you can PM me for more information or ticket number).

    Boy he must really be sick being out for almost three whole weeks!!

    Wouldn't you normally have someone else pick up on the stuff that he was working on? I mean that just makes sense. Especially if he's out sick for more than 2 or 3 days.

    Edit: Looked at my ticket. that's really fail. They berated me for already having received two mounts. Never mind the fact that those two mounts were a failed response from the first guy and I didn't appreciate getting them because they were both put onto toons on a server I haven't played in over two years.

    I see you guys have some nice quality standards there. Maybe SupportStaff01 should have actually read my ticket before doing anything.

    I'm pretty serious about getting the purple fox for my troubles too.

    is it maybe possible that some1 looks to my ticketnumber aswell, wait for 1 month now to solved the problem i have. ticketnumber 15049-286497. Please help me would be much appricated, still waiting for gm in game, that was the answer i got 3 weeks ago in my ticket. So i dont know how long it takes to speak finally with a gm, but i really hope that some1 finally can help me.b:sad

    Either they lack the ability to understand the situation, or they lack the ability to read.

    My ticket (15049-281241), which has been open since September 2, 2011, still has not been appropriately resolved. It was originally solved in an extremely inappropriate fashion, the left to sit for several weeks while StealthDuck was apparently off sick and no one bothered to pick up the slack. It was then picked up by SupportStaff01, who apparently can't read, faulted me for the failure of StealthDuck, and STILL failed to PROPERLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

    I DEMAND THAT THIS TICKET BE RESOLVED IN THE APPROPRIATE MANNER BY SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE. A little compensation for the complete failure of your support team would not go missed either.

    I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE APPARENT INCOMETENCE OF THE SUPPORT TEAM AND ITS FAILURE TO RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER.

    This message is being posted everywhere in an attempt to actually get someone off of their A$$ and fix it.
