Secret Passage is PK enabled

So today I was in Secret Passage helping some lower levels. I was blue named, and got pk'd. Last I checked pk in SP was bannable, why suddenly pk enable it?

BTW I already reported with SS, and surprise still seeing the dude in game. Seeing his faction mates blue name pking in SP too.

    Also its fine, so long as you arnt griefing. Which is very much a personal view of things.

    (If you QQ over less than an 30 minutes of constant camping, quit playing)
