Why Cant I Play!!?

ok,so this morning i opened pwi it said that there was some error after it verified the client and said i had to do some verify thing, so i clicked verify and it verified untill it got half way , then it started "updating files" it was at like half way for like two hours with some chinese stuff and letters like "stck" "smd" and others so i thought it was just repeating so i just exited, i try open pwi again it verified and said game update complete ..so i clicked START and i get some weird message in another lang.its a very similar message to the person who has the prob as me in the tech support forum. can some1 help me coz i just wanna simply play

    When you post in tech support, give us screenshots of the error, post your systems specs, and be as specific as you can.

    The first thing Fuzzy would suggest is to try and verify the client again. Even though (depending on your system) it can take quite awhile it is best to let the process complete rather than exiting it prematurely.

    um its the same error as "thedumpstarguy"s in the thread i cant start.. well its not the same but i use windows7 and its VERY similar.

    ok, that's not vague. >.<

    did you try the fix mentioned in whatever thread that was?

    did it work?

    Since it's win7 I'll state the obvious and ask if you've set patcher.exe, launcher.exe and elementclient.exe to run with administrator rights.

    it might be helpful if you would state what you've tried so far. Your minimalist posts are preventing us from actually helping you.

    1st idk how to make screenshots b:puzzled.. 2nd it aint got n e thing to do with the admin thing yes it does run with the admin and ive done the verify thing which has wasted like 2GB of my internet and hasnt helped at all. this thing just randomly happend and idk why. what can i do ? uninstall then re or what. and im not good with pc's b:cry all i know is i play pwi on my laptop and its an acer extensa 5235b:sad
