Why isn't there an announcement about the new servers on the news page?
I mean yea we spammed forums about them for a few weeks but seems kinda strange to me lol

    So like...if you're rerolling on the new servers, let me know where and what names..i feel like i need a startover too bro.
    Just drop me a PM on canis in RT so i can get the names if you don't want to go total anonymous there.
    I'll still TW in RT, just relax in clean new server.

    It's because they're not intended for the english speaking playerbase, they're intended for the german and the french playerbase.

    I believe they require a different client than the English one you're currently playing, though the servers are ran by the same company.

    German/Deutch: http://pwi.de.perfectworld.eu/

    French/Francais: http://pwi.fr.perfectworld.eu/

    If you have the current release of the English client (540), the servers don't show on the choose server list, meaning they're not intended for mutual use, though the same account can be used on each client.

    oh wow i didnt even know they had their own websites o_o i guess their version will be all translated into german/french too, of course. thats pretty cool! but i wonder if you can access these servers from the english version ... hmm... guess we will find out ^^

    Well, at present, the new patch released tonight doesn't include the server names on the list. Meaning one of a couple things:

    1) New servers cannot be accessed by English client.

    2) New servers are not patch dependant and they potentially could have opened new servers at any point without a maintenance.

    How to know for sure, download the German or French client versions and see if you can log onto current English servers from them.

    Unless they do not add them trough the patcher when maintenance ends, add the following lines of your serverlist.txt file in /patcher/server/ folder of your pwi installation
    [DE - PvE] Momaganon 29000:pwieu2.de.perfectworld.eu 55
    [FR - PvE] Lothranis 29000:pwieu1.fr.perfectworld.eu 54

    and /inb4clienteditingfilesnotallowedQQ

    EDIT: and yes, you could log on with the DE/FR client before the maintenance, meaning they were already 537 patched, but will need now 540 patch to work

    Depends on your time zone, but if you can manage to come at 2 pm (east coast), or 11 am (west coast) for TW, be our guest b:victory
