Is the archer stickie guides still up to date and worth following. i only ask because there are a few guides for classes which are outdated or just plan unusefu.

the guides are actually quite good considering they have been up for 2 years almost but it does talk about zhening which nobody does anymore and doesn't mention anything about fists or 5aps endgame but by the time you get there you kinda figure that out yourself

skills that sucked then still suck now (vicous, serrated, egleon)
pure dex is still the recomended build till u can get endgame -int
and the important skills are still important (frost, kb, shell, and passives)

Edit: (talking about annors guide i never liked the other one)
leveled 30 - 90 using annors guide & weapon progression guide

ty random the most i was concerned with was the skills. such as like Wizard guide by pandora says never lvl Hailstorm which when i made another wizard i found a useful skill and alot of people lvl it now days and bm guides stating fists are terrible etc etc

1-90 is still the same. Interval does not affect gameplay. If you're using fists/claws before that you're either OP geared or stupid, most likely stupid.

After 90 if you still need a guide then please stop oracling at pirates.

lol i don't oracle at all except the ones that either drop from mobs while questing or the ones i get from Supply stash. and i probably wont be using fist/claws since this is just an alt for some fun and pk

Edit: i don't buy frost either. closest i do to power lvling is the odd Bh every now and then

no not really i have no interest in fist/claw in pvp since i most likely wont be hitting end game (as i state this is just an alt and have no interest in spend a lot of time to get it to 100)

to do as you suggested i would have to be in each of those squads
but a few points worth mentioning

    1. i never sell heads

    2. i doubt i can be there every time someone pays a high level to solo a whole fc

    3. i doubt i stop the 100s of people selling exp room at 400k a spot

ps atleast it takes some even if its very little skill to oracle o.o

Well if you don't plan to hit endgame or get more serious with the archer, then yes the guides are perfectly useful.

But if you do fall in love with it and decide to go higher(for the record, 100 isn't hard to get), a 5 aps build is highly recommended. You don't even have to restat depending on if you've already tweaked strength to wear a decent helmet. And there are many options that an archer can take to getting 5.0, so if this is something you want in the future I would recommend talking with experienced archers on your server about what your options are and deciding what you want from there. Big fat "if".

But I say probably, as it's hard not to fall in love with playing an archer imho.

there is all the chance in the world i will fall in love with it since i love playing archers but as of now my seeker is my main (only lvl 66 just came back from about 4 month absence) and feel like having an rpk character since his in a non Rpk faction
