    Easiest way is to own land and make the special apoths.

    The hard way is to make charms, The only problem is they require stones that are decomposed from level 90 gears. You will need a lot.

    The book for level 8 drops from random mobs in SoT and Abbadon.

    To provide more detail...

    - Collect the 1* level 90s gear that drop from BH89 and BH99. There is no way to buy 90s gear from an NPC.
    - Decompose the gear into Chiukung Stones. This requires Level 7 Blacksmith, Tailor, and Craftsman to do it.
    - Use the Chiukung Stones to make Charms at an Apothecary. For example, you can make Superior Ferocious Charm.
    - Each time you do this, you will level your Mastery by 1. Do it 20 times and you'll go from Apothecary 6 to Apothecary 7.
    - Learn Apothecary 7 from an Elder.
    - Get Perfect Stones and craft the highest charms possible with your Apothecary 7. For example, you can make Elite Ferocious Blade Charms.
    - Each time you do this, you will level your Mastery by 1. Do it 20 times and you'll go from Apohtecary 7 to Apothecary 8.
    - When your Mastery is high enough to reach 8, you will need to obtain Expert Apothecary Skill. This is a random drop from FB99 mobs. I got mine from the AH for 500k.
    - Learn Apothecary 8 from an Elder.
