Venos Vs. Psychics

I had been looking at the best way to take Late level Psychics out. My theory suggested that maybe a Veno would be best for the job.

My question: When a pet attacks a Psychic with Soul buffs activated is it the pet or the Venomancer that gets affected?

Example: Soul of Stunning. Does the Pet get stunned or does the Veno?

    I believe this is obvious. When have you heard that attacks to a pet effects the veno unless they are in range?b:chuckle

    The pet is a separate creature that merely takes commands from the veno. So attacks, stuns, etc. directed at the pet would affect the pet.
