How does a rank 9 weapon compare to a rank 8 +10?

I am now level 99 and will be level 101 soon. I'm thinking of getting rank 9 but worried about the cost especially now that they remove the medal of glory from DQ rewards. I think ima just settle for a rank 8 +10 but I'm worried about the damage that I'll be making. Am i gonna be able to one or two shot other classes of the same level/gears. I will really appreciate you guys advise/inputs about this.

    I think with that gear you'll be oneshotting the better geared BMs and oneshotting the average geared Barb. I think with the assistance of Blade Tempest, lots of Arcanes will also drop in one shot. (Although, I'd personally go for 2 Sapp. Gems in the Weapon. Boosts your Max Damage up to over 17k with just 1 extra. Very Good Choice of Build overall I'd say though.

    Small server, and my buddy with rank 8 +10 says he has to triple spark ultis to bring down the better geared and rank 9 players we have. If you are on a bigger server, my guess is that you will be looking for rank 9 and the 30-60 extra attack levels before long if you want to pk.

    I have rank 8 +10 on sanctuary where I only TW, and its still alot of fun though. There are of course some in TW that its really hard for me to bring down, but its still alot of fun and there are still plenty that I can 1 shot.

    Im rank 8 +10 and i find pvp to still be fun. against better geared opponents i still have to use old school tactics. bypass charm near 50% so on adn so forth. I tw with a good friend of my who is r9 +10 and while we both can take out catas, he takes out DD's a little more efficiently then i can. So it just depends on what you really wanna do.

    I play in archosaur server bloodmystic and i see u around a lot in west gate PK'ing lol.

    We have a number of rank 8's here and 2 rank 9's. i know proski has a +10 rank 8.

    8K on a lvl 99 BM, 22K on a 90+ mystic, 17K crit on a 90+ archer, 7K on a rank 8 archer, 6K on a rank 8 wiz, and 7K-9K on 2 clerics
