Improving Bidding system in TW

Well , i wanna to talk about bidding system in TW

There is NO OFFICIAL rule about outbid in Tw
Don;t find it in pwi-wiki : http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Rules
Neither here http://pwi.perfectworld.com/advinfo/territory
The current system is when u get outbid in Tw ,u lose all the money bid..b:cry
The system have to change ... at least refund back 50-75% of the money bid OR put an official rule about it b:angry

The current system discourage ppl to bid on TW...
Give a chance to a faction to bid again in the next week b:sad
The aim of the game is to make ppl have fun and at sametime make some money b:question

The ironic thing is they tried to justify this new system by saying it would actually encourage small guilds to bid.
