I was trying to find that button under server status while being logged in and using IE. But I couldnt, so I ask a friend of my that is located in the states to check the offer, and he does have the button showing up. So he sent me the link and I try to run it, and it tell me that my country is invalid! How come? The offer announcement did not say anything regarding it being US restricted.
