The 'Register' page

Hiya, a friend of mine wants to start playing PWI but when she goes to the register page to make a PWE account, it simply doesn't load.

I tried myself and I can't seem to load it either. Is there a particular reason for this?

    The entire site's been buggy lately. I havent' had a problem (except the thread pages not loading a damn thing under the ad next to your avatar alot...... and i hit refresh like 15 times and still the same thing, actually have to hit back and reload the page from it's link). But I've seen quite a few people sayign they cant' even log in on here so..... b:surrender
