I need a lvl 100 wizard build including the different items ill need for the build.

    Full rank 9 set, 2nd cast lunar/hh nirvana helmet and cape. Cube necklace.

    Shhhh, if someone else did that, Adroit would be the first to say something like:

    "And rank 9 is only for lvl 101, not lvl 100. I am surprised you haven't figured that out yet."

    Level 100 build for wizard has to include rank 8 (unless, at 101, you in fact ARE going for rank 9, in which case, just pony up the cast for Amour's build above). Save your pennies or start farming the coin now. Anything less is pretty much unacceptable.
