Cant log on

Hello. I took a break from the game late september, early october. When I tried to log on 2 days ago for the first time in months, I wasnt able to. I then tried to log onto the website, and much to my surprise it said I was banned. I contacted technical support via email immediately and they responded that my account had been hijacked by some malicious users , at which time they locked it to prevent any more damage to my character. I was then instructed to reset my password and contact them once Ive done so. Well, I reset my PW and was able to log onto the website, but still not able to connect to the game. I changed my PW 2 times and still nothing. I gave it a day and decided to post this. Is it just a matter of a wait period or am I missing something? thanks

ps. I aplogize if Im presenting this on the forum incorrectly. Kinda new to posting here.
