Somebody explain squads

Like, what's the point of being in one, and what does a player get out of it?

    as in, what do you get out of being in a squad. you get help.

    help filling your list of stuff that needs killed; you share kills and experience with squad members. help grinding; you share coin drops and (usually) loot. help staying alive; your squadmates can see your HP bar, and if they know their jobs, intervene if you're getting beat up too hard. squadding is helpful.

    In otherwords, it allows your squad-mates to stalk you b:shocked
