Where can I get, Kirin's storm and rebel of nature?

Both are level 95, Orange 2*items, there is no note on PWI database as to how I can get them... is it possable or are they not implemented yet? Kirin's storm is P.def neclace and Rebel of nature is P.def belt.

    I can see why you want those. b:chuckle -6% p. def belt...

    Anyway, currently there is no way of getting those. My guess is that those are obtainable in the CN version or then some kind of special reward somewhere else.

    Oh I was hoping they were Lunar of FC gold or something I could get with one of these 30M insignia type things.... >< Have to keep hoping they release them... looks awesome!
