How to get lv. 9 Craftsman?

I have leve. 8 Craftsman maxed out but I don't know how to get level 9, can anyone elaborate?

    I'm sure they have a level 9 coded, but its just not enabled. How would you make level 139 gear?
    I quit. Nothing ever changes @ PWE or PW CN . Expansion was over hyped. Guild bases (that looked cool) can be destroyed, so why waste the time if your a in a small faction like me.

    So if an expansion comes, then...I can learn the skill I see.

    It's not likely (or realistic) for this expansion. The entire game has one character that has hit the level cap. That probably leaves the level cap at the same come expansion which means no lv 9 for you. It just seems unlikely that they will be releasing lv 105+ content.
