Should fire fairly often at 5.0 aps.

85 gold fists if you're poor. I doubt you can get 5.0 unless your an archer/sin though.

im gonna assume you're referring to 5.0 unsparked since getting to 5.0 with demon spark is certainly doable with a base attack rate of 3.33 unsparked. With enough -int should be able to get to 4.0 unsparked - but I have to agree that 5.0 unsparked may be out of the question with that regeneration proc. Off the top of my head though:

90/99 gold bracers: -.1
Nirvana Legs: -.1
Deicide: -.1
2x 99 gold LA and 2x 99 gold HA: -.1
Pan Gu/Love up and Down + Energetic Robe: -.1
comes to -.5 interval = 5.0 aps unsparked

Using Nirvana or FC Gold fists would be -.45 interval = 4.0 aps unsparked

I cant think of any other gear item that would shave off another .05 interval though. Sins and Archers (as mentioned) get rank chests with -int whereas Barbs and BM's do not.

look closely at the possible add-ons. you'll notice there's 2 types, a normal and unique. you can only have ONE unique add-on, if you get it, per crafted item.

both mods you want? both unique. cannot craft.
