problems launching game

for some reason i cant get in the game directly through the client, so ive been going through the patcher, and now it says that the game is already running, even if its not.

    End the process or, simply, reboot your computer / session. Open the game always from the patcher... else you'll most likely not be able to log in game or crash while playing.
