Unable to connect

I have just updated to the new version and can not connect to any of the servers using my user name and password. I am able to log into the main site and forum using the username and password.

    Have you tried verifying the files? Otherwise, it seems like quite a conundrum...

    Yes I have verified files. I even went as far as uninstalling and then reinstalling the game and still no luck. I am getting no ping status for any of the servers. I am able to log into my account on my laptop and on my wifes computer just not mine for some reason.

    This is now beyond annoying. Once again I have uninstalled the game, rebooted and reinstalled and am still having the same issue.

    I have no idea what is going on. have submitted a support ticket and waiting for them to hopefully help me. I really enjoy playing PWI.[URL="[IMG]http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg8/medic7269/noping.jpg[/IMG]"]noping.jpg[/URL]
