    "Grand", when spoken about money, means a 1,000, usually dollars. So the estimated cost for the weapon is between 20,000-30,000$.

    As for the mats, you can get them all from mysterious chips.

    Yes, that weapon really is that much. And there are already two of those weapons in the game, on Dreamweaver and Heaven's Tear servers.

    There's also lots of cash shoppers that have spent about that much on their characters overall.
