Can I change e-mail I registred with?

Can I change the e-mail with what I have registered to the game? I had an e-mail in Hotmail.com and I can't access it for unclear reasons. It simply doesn't let me in. Meaning, I can't see any messages from pwe as well - nor tickets, nor sent news.

Was thinking of sending a ticket to pwe, asking this... but well... I wouldn't see the answer anyway....

Can anyone help me with this, please? ^^
