Ok basically I have been saving up all my mats and what not, which I want to keep doing for later on in the game. But most of my bank is full now with dragon quest items? Can someone please offer any suggestions on what I should do. My bank has full 80 slots and full.

I don't know wither to save all these dragon quest items or start trying to sell them all? Are they really worth it? And if so can you use them over and over, I have exceeded the amount you need by like 5 times.

Most people just NPCs dragon orders. For the DQ quest, the rewards are worth just a little bit more than the DQ items that are needed so most people don't bother.

Use up some of your mats or what have you to level up your crafting skills, then you don't really need to worry about keeping it for future use.

Also, you can get cupboard stone which gives you 8 slots at a time extending a kind of bank but only for crafting materials.

    ^^ This

Luckily/unfortunately almost all the items you could trade from DQ quest (mainly silver mane mount) can be purchased via boutique. So it's not really worth the time invested on collecting copper/silver/gold dragon coins to get the items or gear; just sell the items, buy the gold or get the item directly fom another player or AH.

However, you could still do de DQ quest on free time if you don't wanna sell the items to an NPC. They still give a fair amount of exp, and dragon coins are used to craft some gears at the forges.

Oh, also you could sell the DQ20 and DQ30 items on catshop near the bankers to get extra income from them. They are needed to do the quest to expand your bank account.
