To GMs : Error list suggestion

Hello GM's, members,

a suggestion came up in my mind. Why don't the GM's post a thread with a list of all known errors and bugs and what we have to do if we get one of them. This way we can evade answering in threads that are making no difference with the previous one. It will be time saving for you GM's. I`m agreed to post a list of the errors/bugs I know and what the members should do if they get such error.
