    You missed the third item required for the ring:

    The first picture says something like to own the Rank 9 ring, you need 300k of rep, 3 badges and 32 of this item which loosely translated to be "General Summer's Order Sword". The bottom picture shows the sword in the forge with 9999 mysterious chips. How many mysterious chips does it take to make one sword? 9999? or is it 9999 for all 32 swords...nobody seems to know right now.

    All these screen shots are taken from the encyclopedia on the chinese TEST server, so take everything with a grain of salt.

    The first is a magic sword:

    +30 atk lvl
    -10% chant
    +10-11 magic
    +2% crit
    +205 hp.

    The second is a poleaxe, it's a barb weapon:

    +30 atk lvl
    Berserk
    +10-11 strength
    +63 attack
    +10-11 vitality

    The third picture is the ring:

    +3% crit
    +50% accuracy
    -6% channel
    +5 def lvl

    That is what I got from the pictures. There is no -interval on it. All in all what we can get from this is that Jolly Jones has blessed each of them personally.

    I think it's like that. Btw Legendary got it this week if I'm not mistaken.

    Cool. . . I've decided I'm no doing Nirvana after all. Everything I do now goes towards reputation -wootwoot-
    A +30 Atk. Lv. without losing my Beamhoof Slicer's speed? Amazing. Plus I don't like Warsoul (****ty Sword, Staff | No Wand |Single Butterfly is still $30,000).

    My guess is just 1 per weapon (is there even r9 armor?) and the ring just comes as you get r9.


    It's probably so people don't just buy a r9 weapon every day from the rep qear NPC until they get a 2 socket one.

    There are R9 armor pieces. How I wish I had waited for R9 instead of getting Nirvana. R9 Axe is awesome!

    Meh its not like you can affrod r9 even if u didnt go nirv, 35 stacks of tokens on top of r8 and 3 tw badges, sif you can afford it.


    what's sad is.. those 2 guys got warsoul, especailly the guy just got it recently.. y r u getting warsoul... you got warsoul like a week after r9 came out.. but meh

    I wouldn't question Roid's ability to afford r9. If anything, I believe Roid would be able to obtain everything needed fairly easily except maybe the badges which is arguable itself since they're tradeable.

    Yeah if he can't get those then I don't know who on Sanct could. Wizzeled is gone and not sure about BigP, maybe Skylead?

    Anyway, pretty sure that he can get the badges as well. Being in a land-owning faction and offering to pay a couple hundred million coins should be enough.

    doesnt matter if its a pvp server or not there is still TW, plus pretty much everyone that was listed from the Sanctuary server has a Red name at ALL times. So tbh, "your on a PVE server" is a **** excuse.
