Last level of crazy stone and world quest

I read before that crazy stone and world quest stop at level 100. Is that true? If it is true does that mean you can do crazy stone and world quest at level 100 but it vanishes at level 101 or does it mean you can do them at level 99 and they vanish as soon as you reach level 100?

    Those quests are available at 100+.
    The only daily quest that is unavailable is that tiger badge quest Boone does.

    Well, if you feel like using common shards, from level 81 to lv 100+... The amount of exp and spirit you then get is so meager compared to what you need to level up. You sure about this?
