buying wings problem

ok well i lost my wings to pker blaugh bluagh bluagh trying to get the default wings back and everywhere i go no npc sells them. i went to the priest and he just says his jibber jabber. everyone tells me to goto the priest but he just says the same thing whats wrong with gettting my regualr wings back?

    alright, let's work through this in painful detail. what exactly does the priest tell you? mind posting a screenshot, just so we can be sure?

    i haven't got any tideborn through level 30 myself yet, so i don't know for sure the priest is where tideborn get their default wings. i'll assume he is, though. if so, why shouldn't he also be the natural place to go to get another set?

    he says something about the ocean and the only option is the back button or close so idk
    everybody keeps telling me to goto the priest and its not working
