Level 4 Blacksmith Question.

I'm currently level 35 and my Blacksmith skill is at 3 with full exp. I know you have to do a quest and make 3 2 stared items to obtain Level 4 blacksmithing skill. I heard you get it from the Blacksmith in the North District of Arch however there was no quest. Am I too low level to receive the quest?

    You can get the quest at lvl 50.

    Ouch, so I guess my blacksmithing is on hold until then unless.. if I craft the 3 2 stared items and hold on to them until I hit 50, can I use them for the quest or must I manufacture them after I receive the quest?

    Doesn't matter, so I'd recommend starting on trying to make them now.

    yeah but how can i get 2 star? it's hard to make it and I've lost almost 1mil
