My faction can not get an ICON?

If my faction has letters in it can I still get an icon?

    letters....should be fine as long as they don't spell something inappropriate

    Uh... Having English letters in a faction name isn't a problem, it's having symbols or letters from languages other than English that's a problem. If your faction only has letters in its name and is a level 3 faction, then yes, it can get an icon. Otherwise, no, it can't.

    ...I'm not sure about numbers though. b:puzzled

    If you have numbers in your faction, you can not get a faction logo/icon.
    I was in R3N3G4D3S, and we tried multiple times to get one, but could not.

    The thing is, I've seen a faction with a number in its name that does have an icon. This tells me that it is possible to get one, so why these factions are constantly being denied is beyond me b:surrender.
