How do people get dyes?

._. You all are probably already thinking, "Well go buy dyes from other players", but I really am wondering how people get specific color dyes for clothes. Can someone tell me how this works, because I really am wondering.

    The only way to get specific color dyes is to buy them from other players.

    Those players are either selling the dyes that came from random pigment packs, or merchants reselling dyes. There is no other way to buy a specific color that I know of.

    Dyes are purchases from the cash shop (PW Boutique). You can purchase either random pigments or Hot Colors Pack. The Hot Colors Pack contains a random specific color dye.

    So people selling the dyes did not get that color on purpose. If you know you want a specific color you will have to find it from someone who happened to get it from a hot colors pack and is selling it.
