ok im a little tired so here it goes i think tht the apoth items cooldown should be seperate from certian other apoth items here is groups tht should share a cool down
-HP recovering apoth items tht should share a cooldown
-Chaos Powderheals 2000 hp over 30 sec
Life Powder-increases hp recover rate to 50 hp per sec for 10 minutes
Orb of Oibrating light-heals 4000 hp over 30 sec
Samsara Orb-instantly recovers 1-2000 hp
Dark Green Orb-heals 6000 hp over 30 sec
Principle Orb-instantly heals recovers 1-4000 hp
Healing Orb-increases hp recover rate to 100 per sec for 10 minutes
Transform Powder-instantly recovers 1-6000 hp
-MP recovering apoth items tht should share a cooldown
Jade Powder-heals 3000 mp over 30 sec
Focus Powder-increases mp recovery rate to 50 mp per sec for 10 minutes
Soothing Orb-heals 6000 mp over 30 sec
Arctic Orb-heals 9000 mp over 30 sec
Concentrate Orb-increases mp recovery rate to 100 mp per sec for 10 minutes
-Certian Buffs & debuffs tht should share a cooldown
Moon Chaser Powder-increases movement speed by 40% for 15 sec
Stream Powder-increases movment speed by 70% for 15 sec
Violet Wind Dew-increases movement speed by 100% for 15 sec
GodWill Powder-makes you immune to all movement debuffs for 8 sec
Effectiveness Powder-increases accuracy for 30 sec
Nature Powder-makes you immune to all movement debuffs for the next 12 sec
SoulCleanse Orb-remove all debuffs instantly
Accuracy Powder-massively increases accuracy for 30 sec
Charger Orb-increases movement speed by 200% for 15 sec(at the move 15 m/sec)
Vacuity Powder-makes you immune to all movement debuffs for 20 sec
Shadow Binder Powder-makes you immune to all movement debuffs & increases movement by 100% for 15
-certian buffs & other stuff
Phosphorus Orb-adds lesser fire damage to your atk for 2 minutes
Wave Orb-adds lesser water damage to your atk for 2 minutes
DarkWine Wood-adds lesser wood damage to your atk for 2 minutes
Sikle Leaf Tea-instantly get 50 chi
Crimson Blood powder-increases your atk & channeling by 15% for 15 sec during which you suffer more damage
Dew of Rival Protection-absorbs at most 1000 damage for 30 sec

No, just no.
All of the higher level apo potions would get way too imbalanced if you could just put them on at the same time.
For example, Ironguard Powder gives 12 second immunity to all damage, Vacuity Powder makes you immune to movement ailments, such as stuns, seals and sleeps and lasts 20 seconds, then add Renewal Orb for 100 MP/HP recovery and finally Crimson Soul Powder, which gives +25% Attack Speed for 15 seconds.
Also, since you'd be immune to damage due to the Ironguard, the downside from the Crimson Soul would be gone. That alone would be imbalanced.
Also, your classifications has the +50 MP/HP recovery potion in "other apoths", whereas it should clearly be in the first group with the healing items.If you disregard what I say because of who I am or because of the contents of what I said, you are a fool.

Are you serious? Well, it can be unbalanced if using them all at the same time. But 2 minute cooldown is very unreliable. (yes still useful, but you get the point)
How about 10-20 second cooldown for every other type powder that isn't used and the used powder for 2 minutes? That way no one can abuse it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Either group em better or just make it so certain pots can't activate while others be on.

Or mayhaps make the more pots you have activated, the less benefit they give to the point where you get overdose sickness or something if you take 3 or more effects at once.

Max Repel: Prevents aggressive mobs from attacking you when you go into their attack range for 'x' minutes.

Just because I don't expect a Zubat to come out of nowhere when you're in an instance..

I rarely use repels though, mostly since I'm too cheap to buy them.b:chuckle
I use my jolteon to zap them all in 1 hit instead.

hmmm what if all the damage reduction apoth are in the same group as the immune to movment ailments group then would tht be better
also the ones tht do stuff with both hp & mp i wasnt sure where to put them so i gave them ther own little group
