3 Star level 60+ items

Patch Notes 350 says "3 Star level 60+ items will now decompose into Perfect Stones" , but it is not working properly. I decomposed arcane robe lvl.60 into perfect stones, but lvl.64 arcane wristguards, lvl.63 arcane leggings and lvl.65 pike are still showing mirages when i'm trying to decompose them. Need to be fixed.

    Oops, Kanto made a typo. It's 60- items that decompose into Perfect Stones now...items above 60 are still Mirage Celestones.

    Which ones? I can decompose 3 star items only lvl 40+. All the items 40- can't be decomposed. Why is that so? It should not be like this. Before any 3 star items could be decomposed into mirages. And what we have now? lvl60+ mirages quantity decreased by 30%, lvl 40-60 can be decomposed into perfect stones and everything that is below lvl40 is just a garbage.
