    because coding timer is easier then u have it apply to all instance at the same time with the same timer. and since no one saving RB instance, and almost all people finishes before 4hr it doesnt make a difference. problems with people needing more time to finish, read my earlier post about that.

    mainly the bit in the middle of "I think most have been over 3 hours and probably a few of the worst ones have been pushing 3:30. And that's where you start to worry to yourself, "Hey, that doesn't leave me a whole lot of wiggle room.""

    1) No more dominance blessing. That will add approximately 10% to your time. 2.5 to 3 hours becomes 2:45 to 3:18 now. 3:30 becomes 3:51 and you better hurry, because you're running out of time.

    Hm, since you claim to have done delta, you do know he waves are timed? & it doesn't matter how fast you kill they will still come at the saem pace. The one moment you can save time on is bosses. Each has 15min time limit, but usually doesnt get to zhen till like 13 mins or less left. 10% of 15 is 1 min 30 sec... Though I have yet to see a squad that would be timing out on bosses through3-7 (1 sometimes clerics don't ask for help & etc problems) & would need all the 15 mins to kill...

    Again, irrelevant. As I said before, we're talking about a worst case scenario squad. We're not talking about people doing their 20th Rebirth together who know exactly how long each wave is going to take them, exactly what each boss does, etc. The issue is an inexperienced, undergeared squad going in for the first time together trying to figure things out without really knowing what's coming at them. If that squad spawns the card boss while holding off a wave or between bosses, well, they're kinda stupid.



    So you're only allowed to get your fairie if you know 5 other 10x's to help you? I haven't completed my quest yet, but I hadn't noticed that restriction in the description yet. I thought I had helped someone get theirs when I was level 92, but I guess I was mistaken.

    Of course doing it without a blessing will take longer. It means those **** squads that require a full 4 hours to finish with a blessing... WILL NOT finish. Which mean those **** squads need to imporve their gear/dd to finish. It also means... those **** squads who bearly manage to squize by will get selected out. The game finally raise the bar instead of lowering it... and we get a whole bunch of **** geared and **** skilled people complaining that they fail. And if you are 100 and can't even manage to find 5 other friends who are skilled/geared enough to finish within the allowed time... then maybe its time to take the hint and stop hanging out with complete no name non factor fail people.

    lol, not that it's any of your business, but I'm nowhere close to being top 10, or even top 50 on the server. More than half of my end-game gear was farmed. The only refines I paid cash for were the +10 on my GX. The only actual money I spent on packs were when the first anipacks first came out, I opened 380-ish of them, got helm and lunar weapon which I traded for boots and pdef cape. All my refines except for the +10 on my GX was farmed and of that, I paid for +5, the rest of 1-7 were mirages and tishas, as is the +5 on the rest of my gear. I'm halfway to farming +11 on my claws, and when that's done I'll refine the rest of my gear to +7 with tishas and mirages over time. Anyway, that's besides the point... nice try. :P


    The 4 hour time limit isn't a best case. It isn't an average. It's a worst case. If the worst possible Rebirth Delta squad can't do it in 4 hours, then the limit is too short.

    Some other things to consider:

    1) No more dominance blessing. That will add approximately 10% to your time. 2.5 to 3 hours becomes 2:45 to 3:18 now. 3:30 becomes 3:51 and you better hurry, because you're running out of time.

    2) There are 2 card bosses in there. Add that to your time.

    3) There can be additional quests and bosses such as level 100 cultivation in there. Add that to your time.

    Apparently you haven't done rebirth very much. Otherwise you would know everything is basically triggered by time. When each wave comes, no matter how fast or slow you kill the sub-waves, the boss will still spawn at the same time. You have a set amount of time to kill the mobs and boss before you fail. Even for a low 9x party, you still have enough time during the first 3 waves to kill mobs and pick/dig all of the beans. Also, the first wave is really easy even for a beginning squad, so you can send out the barb or another DD to go ahead and start digging chests for the whole first wave and part of the second, shaving off an additional 10-15m of time.

    Sure, if you need to do culti or want to do card bosses, it will add to your time, but a noob squad of low 9x or even high 8x won't be there to do 100 culti, and most likely not do the card bosses either. So, even if you do take longer to kill each boss, you're still not likely to spend more than 3 hours doing full rebirth. A party that can't get it done in under 3 hours most likely will fail anyway.

    4) If it's someone's first time in Rebirth, it's nice to take a little time at the start letting them look around and walking them through the procedure. I'd rather not have to waste an extra Rebirth Order just to reset the instance timer after that. Add that to your time.

    Now how's that 4 hour limit looking?

    If you take time to show people around and walk them through, you wouldn't have started the quest yet, you can always leave instance and reform party. You don't use up rebirth orders to get inside the instance, they only disappear when you talk to the npc inside and actually start the quest.

    Actually, each level range of Rebirth has it's own corresponding valley. That's why you have to pick the specific "Return to Battle" level range. If you pick the wrong option, you don't go back to the right valley and need to take the portal back to Happy Valley to reenter the correct area. ;p

True friendship comes from helping one-another, rather than to start rivalries.

    Umm... if you want to go that far, technically, you can actually say that any color really isn't the color we perceive it to be it completely depends upon perspective. An item that absorbs all frequencies and reflects red appears to be red to us, however that object could radiate a frequency different from that affecting what we actually see.

    So in short, yes, the sky is blue. To almost all of us on Earth who would look up and see it. :P
