Simple demon ws question

Is it really gives 12 chi per cast (10+20%) or that's just another wrong skill description? +2chi per cast as a bonus of a lvl11 skill seems laughable.
Can somebody who has the skill demystify this?

    It's probably right, Sage Stream gives just as lame of a bonus. I get 20 chi instead of 15.

    The real bonus is the increased heal.
