Zeal Genie - Earthflame Did Not Reduce Energy Cost...

See screenshot. Genie had Energy 100 at level 1, and still shows Energy 100 for level 58 on the amount of energy needed to cast Earthflame.

can't submit ticket, ticket.perfectworld.com is down, and I am not willing to navigate 5 pages to get to the ticket submission page via PWE website.

    Does it actually reduce it when cast? The genie stats like that don't actually update in the description - they just kind of ninja use less energy.

    Thankfully, I just noticed at about 89, earthflame becomes usable, lol. Yeah, ninja ftw.
