Graphic Logo Needed

I am need of a simple graphic to be designed for me for personal use.

I am posting here because I know there are exeptional talent from the players of Perfect World. I have been able to see incredible talent on the forums and so I am here to ask for some help.

I coach U-18 Girls Soccer and am looking for a team logo to be designed. Ill write down some info that I am looking to have on the logo below.

Team Name: No Big D
Team Colour: Blue with white letters on jersey
Its girls soccer but at the same time these girls are tough ladies so the logo can't be princess like, they would hate it.

If possible someone who makes the logo uses Photoshop and I can send them my email so I can get the raw file so I can edit and place more private league information within it. I have photoshop and can design some stuff but I am lacking the ability to put my imagination on paper. If you do not use photoshop thats ok, I can still drop the jpeg or whatever file in there and do my adjustments that way as well.

I was hoping to have something by Sunday to show them for our next game.

    I'm liking the ideas you can think of.

    I should have mentioned that I would like the logo to be in a square design. For example 5inch x 5 inch idea.

    Can you add some graphic of a soccer ball as well?
