Noob Buffs Question

So I was wondering how to buff a squad and do everyone all at once. Because I feel like when i've been in a squad with other clerics they've been able to buff the whole squad at once, but every time I try I can only do one person at a time. Anyone know if this is possible? Thanks! :D

    What level is your cleric?

    Van --> Level 39
    Magic Shell --> Level 46
    Spirits Gift --> Level 53
    CG Seal --> Level 59

    * All singles must be at level 10 to learn the squad buffs...and they will have different names.

    If I remember correctly-
    Vanguard Spirit = Greater Protective Aura
    Magic Shell = Aegis Spirit
    Celestial Guardian's Seal = Exalted Renewal
    Spirit's Gift = Arcane Empowerment

    ^that's from memory, so it might be off a bit x.o

    The hour/ squad buffs can be found from an arrow connecting it with the old spell on the skills list, down to the squad buff.
