    Not nerfed. As i cannot read chinese, i cannot see what weapon it its. It do look simular to the Dream Breaker, which still earn its name.

    However, i also see it have 1.33 base attack speed, not 1.25 like normal daggers, so although the bonus is -0.05 , it may be just as good as 0.1, if not better. :)

    Yup, it factors the -int add-ons are factored into the attack speed displayed.
