preventing purge

Is there any way to prevent a veno's purge (whether it is by genie skill or pot)...it is nightmare to fght a veno after that

    I'm not sure if there is though. I'd think if it existed then people would have mentioned it no matter how unrealistic/expensive it may be.

    hmmm....purge is vicious skill....at least the nix bleed can be purified...if not careful a veno can purge the triple spark off me....hmmm

    Try and stay away from the Veno might be your best bet.

    purge has a really long chanelling time so its not to much or a prob. and if they do purge you and you cant kill them quick sleep them and rebuff

    Sleep veno: kill pet, Then they will have a WTF-BBQ-expression. Usually agrovated you killed their pet.

    Also: If they recast purge, after being interuped w/sleep: you can hit Nulify Poison (after you've been purged cause Nulify can be purged off you!), which is genie skill: that makes you immune to wood damage: even including lucky-scarab and Parasidic Nova. Durring this is the best time to then buff-self, and then face-roll the veno.

    Abs domain made sin's stun move didnt work on me. Does it apply to purge too?

    Yes, but depending on the Veno: and the purge cool-down time(Demon/Sage). I think it's a total waste.

    If it's a Sage Veno: and you know it has sage Purge... and you're standing in a cluster: use Absolute Domain to prevent people standing near you from getting debuffed as well.

    But, that in my opinion is the only-time using A.D. is good against a Veno.

    Nulify Poison: 80 Energy; 500 Stamina - Makes you immune to Wood Damage for 7.0 Seconds. Every 5 Dex/Str makes the energy cost be reduced by 1.

    Also w/Nulify Poison: You can focus on the Nix's bleed since that is what hurts the most.

    Only genie skill that may also work is faith. Every level = 10% chance of preventing anything negative being cast upon I believe off the top of my head. Can't get 100% till your genie is 100 though.
