Ok well I found this in Old Heavens Tear and its called Element Spirit. All it saids is compoud of fie elements and worth 4K. I thought it was a DQ item but it doesn;t say.

But I have no idea if it is a material for manufacturing or absolutely useless. Anyone know what this is

    do you remember the low level items like buddha's hands? same thing basicly. high level mobs drop them as (far as i know) there is no dq101 items

    to add to the answer given, you can find a number of items like that in sage and demon worlds respctively, example as in the 'buddha's hand' there is buddha's relics, orders from underworld, concentrated venom, element spirit, mystical orbs, all just respective to the same low leel dq chains you have seen previously.
