Whenver my fiancee modifies her character the game won't run?

Okay well when she uses a default character appearence the game runs fine. When she then tries to modify her appearence and run the game it crashes.

Does anybody know why this is as we really want to play this together and we spent 2 hours trying to get it working.

I've updated her graphics card drivers and her game and her laptop can handle this game as it has ran it before.

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device, Drivers, and DirectX Features boxes:

    Okay here is her DXDiag, i don't know why it says the approx memory is 358 or whatever because i know it isn't as it has ran Perfect World before just fine.
