    "Greatly increases" doesn't really cover it lol. I know it could be tested, but a reference would be handy as to what the percentages are.

    Most weapon effects that increases attack damage works by increasing your % weapon attack damage - unless it says something else like "double damage." For the case with many fists that increases your attack, they give 50% extra weap damage. That increment in damage from these buffs are similar to the amount you get from blazing arrow buff or strength of titan. Notice how some fists that increases your physical attack has the same looking buff icon as strength of titan - but is stackable.

    Proc effects' rate on bows and fists/claws are believed by many to be around 5%. Some Weapons like nirvana and rank 9 can indicate that it has a higher than normal proc rate chance.
